Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

As part of our ongoing work for sustainability, we ship all our orders directly from our supplier, which may mean that your order may take a little longer to arrive. All orders on nuvelle-london.com are subject to a processing period of 1-3 business days before delivery. Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times based on your location are 5 to 9 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

On the product page, there is an indication of the delivery time. If for some reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you of this as soon as possible.


Shipping agreement: 

Changes to your order: Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes. This means that we cannot change the delivery address, delivery method or the items in the order.
Check your delivery address: Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We do not replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order has been shipped, we have no control over delivery. If you think your package is lost, stolen or missing, we recommend that you open a case with the shipping company.
Refunds: We do not issue refunds for orders scanned as "Delivered". If the tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you contact your local post office and open a case.
Tracking number: The tracking number can be found in your email confirmation sent to the email address used to place the order. It may take up to 48 hours to validate tracking numbers.
Return shipping costs: If you need to return a product, we do not cover the return shipping costs. However, we will provide a return label which will be deducted from the refund.
Our Distribution Centers: Orders can be shipped from our domestic distribution center or from our international shipping facility, subject to available inventory.
Shipping costs: We do not charge extra for shipping, therefore shipping costs cannot be refunded.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Our delivery time is usually 5 to 9 working days.

I haven’t received my order yet – what should I do?

If it's been more than 12 working days and your parcel hasn’t arrived, please email us at support@mia-s-boutique.com. We’ll look into it right away and get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

Check your inbox or spam folder to see if you’ve received an email from support@mia-s-boutique.com with a tracking number from Parcelapp.

If so, you can click on the number. This will automatically open a webpage where you can view the status of your order.

If not, click HERE and enter your order number (e.g. #0000) along with the email address you used to place the order.

I want to exchange or return my order – how does that work?

To return an item, simply contact our customer service at support@mia-s-boutique.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) as shown in your confirmation email, and the reason for your return.

We will then provide the return address and confirm the return shipment. Once approved, you can return the item to us using the shipping method of your choice.

What are the return costs?

Returns are at your own expense. Costs vary depending on the courier. We recommend checking your local courier’s website for the most accurate pricing.

What are the return conditions?

You’ve got 100 days to return your items from the day you receive them. Just make sure:

  • The return period hasn't expired.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all labels still attached.
  • The product hasn’t been used or worn.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation – what now?

This shouldn’t happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to support@mia-s-boutique.com and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
