What is the delivery time for my order?

Our delivery time is usually 5 to 9 working days.

I haven’t received my order yet – what should I do?

If it's been more than 12 working days and your parcel hasn’t arrived, please email us at support@mia-s-boutique.com. We’ll look into it right away and get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

Check your inbox or spam folder to see if you’ve received an email from support@mia-s-boutique.com with a tracking number from Parcelapp.

If so, you can click on the number. This will automatically open a webpage where you can view the status of your order.

If not, click HERE and enter your order number (e.g. #0000) along with the email address you used to place the order.

I want to exchange or return my order – how does that work?

To return an item, simply contact our customer service at support@mia-s-boutique.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) as shown in your confirmation email, and the reason for your return.

We will then provide the return address and confirm the return shipment. Once approved, you can return the item to us using the shipping method of your choice.

What are the return costs?

Returns are at your own expense. Costs vary depending on the courier. We recommend checking your local courier’s website for the most accurate pricing.

What are the return conditions?

You’ve got 100 days to return your items from the day you receive them. Just make sure:

  • The return period hasn't expired.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all labels still attached.
  • The product hasn’t been used or worn.
