Returns and exchanges? 

No problem! 

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Mia's Boutique, but should you be unfortunate enough to change your mind, we can offer you an exchange or refund, provided that the items are returned in unused and unused condition within a 100-day period. 

What are the return conditions? 

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 100 days of receipt without giving any reason. 

  • The goods must be returned to us unused, unopened and suitable for resale with the tags still attached. 
  • The goods must not have been used and must be in the same original packaging as you received them in. The products must therefore not be removed from the packaging.
  • Items that are not refunded or replaced for health and hygiene reasons are skin care products, body care products, make-up and other cosmetics that have been used or taken out of their packaging.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

How to return? 

Exchange or return can be done quickly and easily in the following steps: 

     1. Send an e-mail to support@mia-s-boutique.com with the following information: 

  • Order number
  • Which goods you wish to return or exchange. 

      We will send you our return form. 

      2. Fill in the return form. Clearly fill in which items you want to return, and whether you want to exchange or get your money back. 

      3. Deliver the package to the carrier of your choice within 14 days of receiving the package. 

      4. After we have received your return, we will process it within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed via e-mail.

Note: Shipping costs are not refunded.

Disclaimer for returns and exchanges: 

  1. Return shipping costs: The costs of returns are at your own expense. All returns must be sent back to our foreign supplier (see the address at the bottom of the page). The costs depend on the carrier and from which country you return the package. 
  2. Tracking number: If an order is returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we receive the returned order.
  3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of receipt of the returned order. Note: Refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank. 
  4. Return of free products: If you wish to return products that are part of a campaign where you have received a free product, you must return both paid and free products. The money from the paid products will then be refunded to your account. It is not possible to return only the free promotional product. If you choose to return only the free promotional products, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations

Since we work with a fully automated processing system, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Would you still like to cancel? This is only possible within 30 minutes of placing your order.

If you made a mistake in your address or order details, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our very best to correct it for you, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Refusing Packages

Please note: if you choose not to accept a package without a valid reason (such as damage or receiving the wrong product), the return shipping costs, customs fees, and any administrative fees will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse a package without a valid reason, additional costs may be deducted from your refund.

We strongly advise you to read these terms carefully before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.

We reserve the right to deduct the refund amount due to depreciation if the product and/or packaging is used or damaged. Labels must not be removed from the original product.

What is the delivery time for my order?

Our delivery time is usually 5 to 9 working days.

I haven’t received my order yet – what should I do?

If it's been more than 12 working days and your parcel hasn’t arrived, please email us at support@mia-s-boutique.com. We’ll look into it right away and get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

Check your inbox or spam folder to see if you’ve received an email from support@mia-s-boutique.com with a tracking number from Parcelapp.

If so, you can click on the number. This will automatically open a webpage where you can view the status of your order.

If not, click HERE and enter your order number (e.g. #0000) along with the email address you used to place the order.

I want to exchange or return my order – how does that work?

To return an item, simply contact our customer service at support@mia-s-boutique.com. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) as shown in your confirmation email, and the reason for your return.

We will then provide the return address and confirm the return shipment. Once approved, you can return the item to us using the shipping method of your choice.

What are the return costs?

Returns are at your own expense. Costs vary depending on the courier. We recommend checking your local courier’s website for the most accurate pricing.

What are the return conditions?

You’ve got 100 days to return your items from the day you receive them. Just make sure:

  • The return period hasn't expired.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all labels still attached.
  • The product hasn’t been used or worn.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation – what now?

This shouldn’t happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to support@mia-s-boutique.com and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
